My goal is to help you uncover your true potential, and move toward leading a life that is worth celebrating.
While we can’t change the difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve the challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help them attain the personal growth they are striving for. Everyone has times when life feels overwhelming, and without joy or pleasure.
Therapy can help you and your family find its way back to a joyful life.

Your health insurance may cover some or part of the cost of counseling. After our first session, I will check your benefits from any insurance information you provide. However, since you are ultimately responsible for any out of pocket expenses, it is a good idea for you to check with your insurance or employer about your coverage. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have behavioral health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible, and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is pre-authorization required?
