During the Covid-19 health crisis, and in compliance of the governor’s stay at home order, I am closing my office to in person sessions to reduce the spread of the virus. I am still available for counseling sessions through teletherapy (video sessions). My online therapy platform is easy to access, private and secure. Please call 865-238-5696 with any questions or request an appointment here. I am happy to set up a free 15 min consultation over the telehealth platform so that you can see what an online session might feel like.

My goal is to help you uncover your true potential, and move toward leading a life that is worth celebrating.

While we can’t change the difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve the challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help them attain the personal growth they are striving for. Everyone has times when life feels overwhelming, and without joy or pleasure.

Therapy can help you and your family find its way back to a joyful life.

Your health insurance may cover some or part of the cost of counseling. After our first session, I will check your benefits from any insurance information you provide. However, since you are ultimately responsible for any out of pocket expenses, it is a good idea for you to check with your insurance or employer about your coverage. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  1. Do I have behavioral health insurance benefits?
  2. What is my deductible, and has it been met?
  3. How many sessions per year does health insurance cover?
  4. What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  5. Is pre-authorization required?

Insurance Currently Accepted: Humana

Cash, Check, Mastercard and Visa accepted for payment

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and do not notify me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $50 no show/ late cancel fee. This fee is typically not reimbursable by insurance.
