HOW I CAN HELP
I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel like standing at the edge of something unfamiliar, and you don’t have to do that alone. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating life’s messy, meaningful, and sometimes overwhelming seasons. Whether you’re feeling stuck, burned out, grieving, or just not quite like yourself lately, therapy can be a space where things begin to make a little more sense.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe relationships. I’m not here to “fix” you or analyze you from a distance. I’m here to sit with you, get curious with you, and help you understand yourself in a deeper, more compassionate way. We’ll move at your pace, and we’ll make room for both the hard things and the hope.
I also value bringing in humor, creativity, and even faith when that’s important to you. Therapy doesn’t have to feel sterile or overly clinical. It can feel human, honest, and even a little lighter at times.
I work with a variety of concerns, with particular focus on:
Life transitions and feeling “stuck” or directionless
Chronic illness and navigating the emotional toll of health challenges
Trauma and attachment wounds
Anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout
Neurodivergence, including ADHD-related challenges
Relationship concerns, including communication and connection
Grief and loss
Support for medical professionals and caregivers
WHY CLIENTS CHOOSE ME
Clients often choose to work with me because they’re looking for a therapist who feels real, not robotic. I show up as myself in the room—present, engaged, and genuinely invested in your story. I balance compassion with gentle honesty, helping you feel supported while also challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Many of my clients appreciate that I understand both the emotional and practical sides of life. With my background in healthcare, I have a deep respect for how stress, chronic illness, and life demands impact mental health. I also tend to work well with people who feel like they “should have it together” but don’t, especially helpers, caregivers, and high-functioning individuals who are quietly struggling.
Above all, I aim to create a space where you don’t have to perform, prove, or pretend.
INVESTMENT
I offer individual, couple, and family therapy sessions ranging from $110–$130 per session.
I believe therapy is a meaningful investment in your well-being, your relationships, and your overall quality of life.
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available based on need. If cost feels like a barrier, I encourage you to reach out so we can explore what might be possible.
MY BACKGROUND
My background is rooted in both medical and mental health settings, which deeply shapes how I show up as a therapist. Before entering the counseling field, I worked as a Registered Nurse in pediatric hematology/oncology and surgical care. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of how stress, illness, and life’s unexpected challenges impact not just individuals, but entire families.
As I transitioned into the field of Marriage and Family Therapy, I carried that perspective with me. I’m especially attuned to the connection between physical health, emotional well-being, and relationships, and I approach my work with a holistic lens. My training and experience have allowed me to support individuals, couples, and families navigating complex life transitions, trauma, and the day-to-day weight of being human.
