Hi there! Life’s toughest experiences—trauma, anxiety, relationship issues — can make it hard to feel safe, understood, and truly connected to others or even yourself. If you’re feeling disconnected from your partner, overwhelmed by anxiety, or carrying the weight of past experiences, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I help adults and couples heal from trauma, strengthen emotional connection, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I specialize in working with adults who have had difficult relationship experiences throughout their lives.  You may have had a traumatic or difficult childhood and are looking to heal generational cycles. You and your partner may feel disconnected and may be looking to rebuild emotional intimacy. You may have a difficult time trusting yourself or others because of painful experiences in your past. Or you may be wanting to start your relationship out on the right path with pre-marital counseling. While I often market my services to couples and adults issues, I also enjoy working with anxious or struggling teenagers from time to time. Whatever the case, I am here to support you and your closest relationships. I’d be honored to walk with you through your next steps toward healing and connection.   MY BACKGROUND

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Tennessee. I earned my Masters of Science in Marital and Family Therapy from Lee University in 2019. Since then, I have completed advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy which is the gold standard for couples therapy. I also have training in a specific trauma therapy known as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (or “EMDR”). Additionally, I offer AAMFT supervision (currently in training) for recent MFT graduates seeking licensure. Every person and every relationship is unique—so I tailor my approach to your needs while prioritizing safety, understanding, and growth.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE

I have strong roots here in East Tennessee, having been born and raised in Blount County. As a Tennessee native, naturally, I bleed orange for the Vols. My family includes myself, my husband, our daughter, and our two rescue dogs. We love to play games, kayak, and drive through the mountains.

INVESTMENT

The initial appointment fee is $195 and lasts for 80 minutes.
Subsequent 50 minute sessions are $145.
Subsequent 80 minute sessions are $195.

LOWERED RATES:

• Teachers, military, & first responders (police, firefighters, EMS, etc.) and their immediate families are eligible for a lowered rate.

• I also offer a lowered rate in cases of financial need, available upon request.

*Cash, card, HSA/FSA are accepted forms of payment. Insurance is not currently accepted. I will provide a superbill upon request, if you want to utilize your out of network insurance benefits.
